At the time, I had double eyelid surgery and an inner corner epicanthoplasty. The inner corner surgery didn't have much effect, probably because my epicanthic fold was so severe, but the double eyelids turned out very well. Now that it's been 34 years, everyone says it looks natural I highly recommend getting double eyelid surgery here.
