I was recommended buried suture double eyelid surgery with upper canthoplasty. I also asked about ptosis correction, and after checking, they said something along the lines of I could do it if I wanted. At the time of the consultation, I said that if I were to do it, I hoped to schedule surgery within 2-3 weeks, but they were fully booked for the entire month. The counter area was very spacious, and I saw many foreign patients.
