There were some patients waiting, so I waited over 30 minutes. It seemed hectic. While I was waiting, no one paid attention to me. The director’s consultation was on the kind side, and I liked that they said they would make the nose shape as close as possible to what I wanted, but the consultant was a bit unfriendly. The staff members’ expressions were not good either.
