I’m on day 5 after nose and paranasal augmentation surgery. Right now I’ve totally become fan-lady. Does it normally swell this much after paranasal augmentation? It’s going down little by little, but when will it start looking natural? The swelling from paranasal augmentation is no joke. I can’t even smile properly.. When I smile, it pulls because of the stitches. They said the stitches inside my mouth are dissolvable. When on earth are these stitches supposed to dissolve..
