The manager really tried to fit the cost to my budget, listened to my concerns, and worked through the problem together with me. The director, as a doctor, seemed to explain things professionally, and instead of recommending surgery the way you’d pick items off a menu like at other hospitals, they helped me look for a variety of methods that suited my eye concerns.
