The waiting time was way too long, and the most important thing was that during the consultation I felt extremely dismissed, so I left in a bad mood. The clinic facilities looked fine, but I kept feeling uncomfortable during the consultation, so I just had the consultation and left. The result of the surgery is important, but I think how you treat people matters too.
