The staff’s response was much more unfriendly than I expected, so I was a bit taken aback from the start. As soon as I went in, they were talking about another customer in a tone that subtly sounded like gossip, so I thought, ‘What is this atmosphere?’ Maybe because the day I went was a Saturday, there were a lot of people waiting and the clinic was quite crowded.
