I liked that the doctor was proactive. They quickly figured out which surgery was right for my eyes, and I liked that they rejected anything that didn't seem workable. I also liked that I got to see the doctor directly without going through the coordinator. Before the consultation, while I was waiting at the table, I was reading the brochure, and I liked that they had kindly written out the surgical methods there
