For a while I kept seeing ads for the hip-up procedure they do here, so I got my hopes up, booked an appointment intending to get the procedure, and had it done right after the consultation. I don't remember the name of the doctor, but when I asked whether it would be effective, they said, 'We have to make it effective for you,' and I remember them carrying out the procedure sincerely. They said one session could be effective, but I wondered if I should have repeated it several times. Still, since there wasn't actually any effect, it was awkward to keep getting it repeatedly, and I didn't see much effect, so I was disappointed.
