LOL I asked about hip lifting over the phone, and they said they couldn't give me an exact consultation date right now, and if I still wanted to do it here after checking other places, I should call back. It was ridiculous. Isn't that not how it's supposed to be? It feels like the person answering the phone is chasing all the customers away.
