Usually, managers at other hospitals often just talk quickly by themselves or only explain the cost, but this place wasn’t like that. They asked about the areas I was concerned about, told me what procedures would be needed and that there could be bruising and swelling, and they checked with the director about everything that needed to be confirmed regarding the ingredients.
