I originally went for masseter reduction, but they said I didn't need it and recommended liposuction instead. They don't recommend unnecessary procedures, and they only recommend what you actually need, in a cool, no-nonsense way. There were no side effects, but the two sides ended up slightly uneven. My jaw was already asymmetric, and they said they'd remove different amounts of fat on each side to balance it, but it still ended up a bit uneven. Still, it was pretty okay overall.
