They mainly consult people who buy membership and treatment passes, and they don’t really schedule appointments well for existing members who already bought treatment passes. I got a laser treatment and it was fine, so I tried to go with a friend. I booked first as an existing member through the website, and then booked my friend as a new customer, but only my friend, who applied much later, got an appointment, while they said my appointment as an existing member was already full I also got Botox made in Germany, but they only showed me the bottle and I’m not really sure what I got. It had no effect at all.
