Overall they’re kind, and I guess I should call it their treatment skill, but it doesn’t feel bad. However, sometimes there is an unkind staff member. Also, it feels like they’re only kind if you get an expensive treatment, and they subtly recommend expensive treatments. There aren’t any dermatology clinics nearby where the director personally does the consultation, so I do keep going
