Maybe because somewhat older people from the neighborhood come here, the way the consultation staff and desk staff speak is basically bothersome and slightly dismissive. It gets even worse when older women ask about things they think should be obvious, or ask about prices. The consultation manager was also the rudest person I have seen, and later, when I showed that I was offended, she stopped acting irritated. I never even asked for a consultation, so I hope you cut off the consultation manager and just get exactly what you want and leave.
