It’s been 37 days since my surgery. The major swelling on the right side has all gone down, and there was a little left on the left side, but for the past few days, if I eat and then sleep or sleep in, the left side swells much more. But suddenly!!!!!!!! it swelled up hard. Hard, like a big stone.. I didn’t have my stitches removed. But they all disappeared on their own. I went to the clinic yesterday, and the nurse said maybe my body absorbed them and that it was amazing, but the doctor said the stitches went into my gums and that’s why it’s swelling like this.. Now that I think about it, that sounds strange. Weren’t the stitches originally inside the gums anyway? Since it was stitched.. It seems like only the upper part of the gums came off, and at the spot where it came off, the cut part went into the gums.. Anyway, even when it was swollen, it was to the point that I could cover it.. Yesterday I drank too much, and things were a bit like that.. In the morning it was swollen, so I did an ice pack.. and later even warm compresses, but suddenly now, after sleeping for a few hours and waking up.. it’s swollen like right after surgery, and it became a slightly smaller Dooly-shaped Dooly face ㅜㅜ And right now, more than anything, the swollen side keeps hurting. Before, the nurse said that if there’s inflammation, it swells and hurts. Isn’t this inflammation? Yesterday at the clinic they looked and said there was nothing wrong, and just prescribed medicine.. More than the swelling, I hate the pain more right now. It hurts every time I move ㅜㅜ
