I went in for a dermatology consultation, but overall I was left with a lot of disappointment. The consultation felt too rushed and careless, and instead of really listening to what I had to say, they only gave a formulaic explanation and moved on. It felt like they were trying to process patients quickly, almost like a factory, so personally I didn't gain much trust. It was my first visit, and unlike what I had expected, my satisfaction was low, which was disappointing.
