As of today, it's day 5... apparently. They made an incision inside my mouth and inserted a silicone implant. Saying it out loud sounds really gross... Usually they use sedation anesthesia, but when they put me under sedation, I apparently acted like a wild person... so they switched back to local anesthesia and performed the surgery. Today I went to the hospital and had the compression bandage tape for chin correction removed.... My face looked completely long But my reliable doctor says it's because of swelling... I already had a fairly slim and long face to begin with.... After getting receding chin surgery... my face looks very~ really~ a lot longer... I am worried, but^^; If any problem comes up, I trust the doctor will come up with some solution... so I'm going to wait and see. I'm small-framed and naturally on the thin side... but because of my personality, even if I don't eat a lot, I go crazy if I can't eat what I want, so it was a bit hard;; Other than that, aside from the stress of quitting smoking and the guilt and worry I felt after smoking... everything else was bearable~ haha Um.. now I'm just hoping the swelling goes down quickly... I hope this was helpful.
