My nose used to look like a lump of flour dough stuck onto my face, so I fixed a lot of it... The shape changed a lot, but maybe because the nasal bridge is higher now.. I really look older. After getting rhinoplasty... I think you should only fix the one area that is truly unbearable to look at, and then it seems to become naturally prettier... Osteotomy.. nasal bridge.. nasal tip... I had everything messed with, and now I just look strange... Sigh
