Overall I had a bulbous nose and a low nasal bridge, so during the consultation they told me I might not be able to raise it much. Since raising it too much would stand out a lot, they proceeded with a moderate lift, but at first it felt very much like a piece of chalk had been placed on top, and I honestly thought I had ruined it. But as time passed, it settled more naturally, so now I often hear that it looks moderately higher yet natural.
