It’s now day 9 since I had surgery with the buried-suture method. But I don’t know if it’s because the swelling hasn’t gone down yet, but the line looks too deep. My eyes originally had sagging skin because I used double-eyelid glue/tape for a long time, and maybe because I didn’t do the incision method, it feels like the sagging skin makes it hard for my eyes to open fully. If the skin is originally sagging and there is fat in the upper eyelids, do you have to do the incision method? I had a little fat removal, but I still wanted a natural look, so I didn’t do the incision method and chose the buried-suture method. There doesn’t seem to be much swelling on the upper eyelids, but the line is too deep. It’s not quite sausage-like, but I still feel like the sagging skin keeps coming down. What if the line stays this deep even after time passes...
