I’m not sure of the director’s name, but there was only one person, so I think that was them. The waiting time is way too long. I had to wait a long time after the consultation, which was a bit much, but the skincare specialist was extremely kind and did a great job, so that made up for it. I had the Aquapel treatment, but since I’ve only done it once, I’m still not sure how effective it is.
