After having incisional double eyelid surgery 24 years ago, I had been living with sleepy sausage eyes, and this was the first clinic I visited for consultation. My crease height is high at 10.5 mm, but they said I have a lot of excess skin, so if they pull it down and lower it to 7 mm, the existing scar tissue would also disappear and the sausage appearance would improve. I was told that because my eye-opening strength is weak, I would need ptosis correction as well. Since this doctor is famous for suturing, I have absolutely no worries about that part. However, even though my existing line is sausage-like, I thought it suited me in its own way, so I cannot readily decide because I worry my eyes may become smaller if I lower it to 7 mm…
