Other people say it almost fades within a month, but mine is bright red and really noticeable. It's not even one thin line; the surgical scar remains as one wide line, so I'm upset. Someone said that if an open rhinoplasty scar is still there even one month after surgery, then something went wrong. Is that really true?? Even when I go out with makeup on, people around me say the area under my nose is red and ask if I had nose surgery... Actually, I had the silicone removed, but because it was done with an open approach, it's even more frustrating. If anyone knows a way to make it go away, please help. Thank you.
