First of all, from the staff to the director, everyone was a serenade of kindness. There was zero pressure to book a procedure. However, because the director has a style they prefer, if what you want feels different, you will probably need to strongly insist. I knew nothing at all about nose surgery, but they explained very kindly what the problem was and how the process would go. I was really moved. Very satisfied with the consultation.
