He said he had been doing facelifts for a long time, and he calmly explained truly specialized details that other hospitals hadn’t told me. There was no pressure at all to have surgery, and since he told me all the important points, it felt like the choice about surgery was left to the patient, which made me comfortable. I’m still thinking about surgery, but if I really do get it, I feel like I’d want to do it at this hospital. Oh, and the staff were all kind too, which was nice.
