I went for a surgery consultation for my mom, and first of all, the director was kind, so we were able to have the consultation comfortably. My mom said she also wanted a forehead lift, but I was surprised because he said she did not need it yet and that a facelift alone would be enough. The consultation was detailed, he explained what was needed, and he checked the skin very thoroughly. He also spoke openly about what the results could be like after surgery and what side effects could occur, so I trusted him even more. He was a director whose expertise stood out. We plan to go to more consultations elsewhere too, but somehow I think my mom will have the surgery here...
