First, after going in, I had the consultation in the order of consultant, director, consultant. The director was very kind and talked quite a lot. But he seemed very professional and tried to explain as much as possible about my eyes. What was disappointing was that he said either incision or non-incision would be fine and didn’t really decide on one for me. But I quite liked the line he drew for me. He seemed highly professional, but somehow it felt more like an explanation about eye surgery rather than a customized explanation for me, so I’m still thinking about it.
