A lot of other people have bruising, but my surgery went well, and all I had was a shallow, brief yellow bruise. Everyone was kind, from the reception staff to the consultation staff and the doctor. Also, there is someone on-site who specializes in insurance claims, so insurance-related questions are possible too.
