I went ahead with the surgery right away on a friend’s recommendation without consulting anywhere else, but unlike other hospitals, they proceeded with the surgery without having me change clothes. During the surgery, the anesthesia wore off several times, and near the end of the surgery they continued operating while the anesthesia had worn off. The sounds were scary, and there was some pain. It has now been 10 months, and my eyes have become uneven. I had surgery because of uneven eyes, but they became uneven again, so I’m thinking about revision surgery.
