The most common side effect of cheekbone surgery is cheek sagging, right. What exactly does the cheek sag so that people keep saying cheek sagging, cheek sagging.... Does it mean that the flesh next to the nose gets a slightly shadowed rounded shape?? Or does it become obviously bulged out like a bulldog..?? Can cheek sagging happen on only one side...
