Nose revision surgery!! Urgent

It's been 8 months since my surgery.. My nose is crooked,, I even had osteotomy twice,, but it wasn't shaved down properly., so I'm doing it again,, I've made an appointment for the day after tomorrow,, and I'm worried.. Since I'm doing it, my nose also ended up low,, so I'm going to raise it a bit more.. But They said my skin is thin,, so if they put in one more cartilage, it will show through.. Right now it's septal cartilage,, and if they put in one more, they said it would be ear cartilage. They said they'll first open it with an open approach and then decide whether to put it in.. Ah, I'm really worried it might go wrong...ㅡㅡ Mine turned out too natural,,, Even if it shows through, would it be okay to put it in?? Has anyone here had a case like mine?? I really never even thought about revision surgery,, I can't believe I'm the one doing it.. sigh... Please don't just look and leave,, make sure to leave a reply,..^^
