I visited after seeing a thread, and although the consultation manager was very kind, the wait time was extremely long. I said I had to leave by a certain time, but they just kept applying anesthetic and making me wait. The treatment room too, I don’t know if you’d call it the facilities, but it was really run-down, and they left the door open. When the director came, I had to say again the areas I had been concerned about during the consultation. I’ve had Ultherapy twice before, but this time it didn’t hurt at all, so I even wondered whether they were using genuine tips. I thought there really is a reason places are cheap. I don’t think I’ll go again, and the director who treated me also seemed like a salaried doctor.
