After surgery, the attitude in their answers is so different when I consult by phone or in person versus when I post a question on the clinic website board. When I consult by phone or in person, they barely answer properly, as if they're annoyed, and just tell me to wait no matter what... But if I post a question on the clinic website board, they answer in an overflowing kind tone as if that never happened, saying, "Please call us and visit the clinic.
