I had philtrum surgery in 2020. I chose this place because reviews on cosmetic surgery cafes said the scar was almost invisible. However, the scar is still very visible for me. In my case, the philtrum also did not shorten as much as I expected, and a lot of scarring remained, so it’s a surgery I regret. When I went to another clinic for a consultation about revision rhinoplasty, they said because there is a scar from the incision under the nose and a scar from the philtrum surgery, blood circulation may not go well later when I get nose surgery.
