I got nostril filler from the female director and am satisfied. However, a dragon nose or a nose where the nostrils show is originally difficult to improve, and the amount of filler has to be injected conservatively, so the result is not dramatic enough for others to notice. If you want to make the nostrils show less, even just a little, to the point where only you would really know, then the price and result are reasonable.
