I had my first nose surgery here when I had only recently come up to Seoul from the provinces. My nose was so big and had a chalk-like bump that it looked like a man’s nose that had been operated on very aggressively, so I waited 6 months and had revision surgery to make it smaller and more feminine. But the bridge ended up excessively shifted to one side, so the bridge was here and the nostrils were over there, and even the nostrils changed strangely. In the end I had surgery again at another hospital, and I begged them to at least let me go back to my original nose before surgery, but even now I still can’t get rid of the uneven nostrils.
