First of all, the doctor and all the staff were really kind... The doctor talked about how my nose was this and that, and it was amazing because everything he said was really right. The quote wasn’t excessive and was set appropriately, so that was good. The consultant was also really kind and gave me a consultation for over an hour, but um, she revered the director almost like a god, so if anything, it felt a bit less trustworthy... Anyway, that’s how it was.
