I visited for an alar reduction consultation, and I remember the consultation manager being cheerful and kind. But there was a bit of a feeling that they were taking this surgery lightly, saying things like I would definitely be satisfied even on day 1 and that I could just do it the same day and leave. Of course, alar reduction isn't some huge surgery, but that part seemed a little lacking in sincerity, so my trust dropped. During the consultation with the doctor, we talked about what should be done if I were to have overall nose surgery, and that part was useful because they looked at it in detail.
