I went for a consultation because of melasma and freckles on my face. I only had a little time, so it wasn't a professional consultation, and I didn't even get to consult with the director. I didn't really want that either, haha. A staff member there consulted with me and explained everything very kindly. They said that if I wanted a proper consultation, it would be better to remove all the makeup from my face, put my face into some machine, and then use the thing you often see on TV to check it accurately before the consultation, and I wanted to try it, haha. The cost was a bit high, so I couldn't go as far as the procedure, but I was treated kindly and left without feeling bad...
