B&Young is so famous that I had a hard time booking a consultation and went in, but the wait wasn’t that long. The consultation went in the order of consultant, director, consultant. The director explained things by doing Photoshop on my photo and said we should only do the glabella and nasal tip. There was no pressure at all, and he seems to pursue a natural look. But the price is too expensive. It’s closed rhinoplasty and there’s no silicone, but it’s 5 million. For now, I put down a reservation and am looking into open surgery. I’m so torn. I’ve seen some people say there’s a step-off, so I’m leaning more toward thinking it may be better not to do it.
