Excessive sales and unnecessary surgery recommendations. I knew nothing and, based on this hospital’s recommendation, got eye correction surgery, and I suffered from side effects and was under tremendous stress. Later, at a revision-surgery specialty clinic, I had another surgery to release the eye correction, and they said my eyes were absolutely not the kind that needed eye correction. Fortunately, they function normally now, but when I think about the two years I spent dealing with chronic headaches, dry eyes, and even astigmatism caused by the side effects, it’s horrifying.
