After the first surgery, I thought it must have gone well.. Yes.. I do think it seems to have gone well. Because they didn’t remove the sagging skin, it became an inner double eyelid.. According to the doctor, he said the end would still become a visible inner double eyelid.. I trusted those words.. I’m now on day 11 after full incision and fat removal.. It wasn’t visible at all. Still, I thought it wasn’t strange, so it would be okay. Then time passed and I uploaded photos of my eye surgery to this community.. People here asked whether I had really had eye surgery, told me to ask for revision surgery again, and said the double eyelid wasn’t visible.. Only then did I think.. so it’s invisible to that extent;; On top of that, I don’t know why, but it felt like my eyelashes were poking me and my eyes hurt so much.. My eyes watered and became bloodshot.. In the end, I went to the hospital today. At first, I greeted them politely.. since I might need revision surgery.. They had already received the money.. so it was up to them.. I had no choice but to try to make a good impression.. But because I get meridian massages, my cheekbones get pressed a lot.. One side was quite swollen.. The doctor said, “Why is this area still like this..” I didn’t pay attention.. (Because I was already in a bad mood, that comment also made me feel really bad..) I went into the consultation room.. We started talking.. I said my eyes had become inner double eyelids.. Then the doctor spoke as if it wasn’t surprising at all.. When I said my eyes hurt a lot and it felt like my eyelashes were poking me, he said I had to wait for time to pass.. But then he said, “If you have double eyelid surgery, it shouldn’t poke, so why is that happening..” I kept saying it hurt.. and he told me to go to an ophthalmologist.. Eventually, maybe because I irritated him, he asked why I was saying this to him and told me to go see an ophthalmologist. Honestly.. Before surgery it wasn’t like this, but after surgery it is.. so of course I thought it was related to the surgery.. And.. I tried to let even that part go. My mom and my aunt said it doesn’t look like I have double eyelids.. and my friends said my eyes look smaller than when I used double eyelid glue, so I told him that, and he said, “How can surgery and glue be the same?” But shouldn’t eyes naturally get bigger after surgery? Not smaller.. I was really dumbfounded.. Tears came out.. My eyes really hurt, I was upset, and should I have to hold back the tears.. The doctor said to me, “Did I ruin your eyes? Why are you crying?” I spoke as if I wanted revision surgery. He said it can only be done after 6 months. And he kept speaking as if telling me not to have revision surgery.. saying that if I had revision surgery, it would be very obvious that I had double eyelid surgery.. and saying, “I’d have to remove sagging skin like on a middle-aged woman..” Even if it shows, shouldn’t he say he’ll make it show as little as possible..? And then he also said this. My brow bone protrudes a lot.. “Why is the skin here so droopy?” It seemed like he himself had thought the back line would come out too.. I went alone today, and the nurse and doctor together... treated me like I was strange.. Even if they do revision surgery after 6 months, it sounded like they were saying they would make it look obvious that I had double eyelid surgery.. I was so angry that I said, “Please do it even if it’s obvious,” and left. Still, the nurses told me to do a lot of warm compresses and things.. How can that doctor speak like that just because they aren’t his eyes.. Even if I get revision surgery, I think I’ll have to go to another hospital.. The price of not using glue is too high.. I wrote this all in a rush.. so it’s jumbled, but please understand.. If anyone knows a place that does revision surgery well, and from how long after surgery it’s possible, please leave a reply.. I’m so angry and upset.. I keep crying.. Actually, it’s just hidden inside, but the line is also a bit uneven.ㅡㅜ I’m really dumbfounded. Sigh. Thank you for reading this long post.
