About 5 years ago, I had double eyelid surgery. I remember it cost a little over 1 million won. It was the buried-suture method. I was young when I got it done, so my expectations were high too. They had said there was absorbable thread inside the eye, but about 3 months after the double eyelid surgery, I could see the thread in my eye. The absorbable thread had come out. I was so shocked and went to the clinic. I asked if this wasn’t a side effect, and they hurriedly took me to the place where I had surgery, just cut the thread, said it was fine, and sent me off… In the end, it came undone. But well, at that time I didn’t know much either, so I think that can happen
