I hesitated so much before having surgery. Whether to do it or not... somehow it felt like I was messing with things, but I also wanted to do it...ㅠ.ㅠ Actually, I asked people in the community a lot too. When I decided to do my eyes and nose together, that trembling after making the decision!! hahaha I did it this morning. I started preparing yesterday. I bought sea sponges and a mask, and gathered all the big pillows in the house.. Today, as soon as I woke up, since they said I wouldn't be able to shower for several days, I showered before going. Since I would wash my face there anyway, I didn't apply any lotion or cream, only toner, and went^^ I got there, took photos, did this and that, then they drew on my face (?) and I went into surgery. When they told me to close my eyes, I went straight into my own world^^; It felt kind of nice, hahaha Flashing lights, whoosh, everything spinning~ Then I heard murmuring, felt like I swallowed saliva with a gulp, and my eyes opened just a little!! It didn't hurt, but still, it was a little scary.. Maybe because it was revision eye surgery, they said it took a long time. They did only my eyes for almost 2 hours -_- I had a full incision and lateral canthoplasty. Before, I had done it with the buried suture method. I heard the sound of cutting flesh~ ugh-ㅠ- Then they moved on to the nose, and that scraping sound... It felt really unpleasant, then they pressed firmly here and there, and it was over... They said it took a long time. I'm just grateful to the doctor and the nurse unnies who worked hard for such a long time^^ I was dizzy, then got up and lay in the recovery room for a bit with cold compresses before coming home. I didn't wear a mask; I lightly wrapped myself up with a big scarf and came home. With a hat on.. I had read in a community that wearing a mask isn't very good... so I brought one just in case, but wrapping myself up with a big long scarf was nice. But I felt a bit nauseous, so on the way home by taxi I got out a little early and walked for a while. As soon as I got home, I slept a bit and then used cold compresses, and my eyes settled down a lot. Ah! And I also did warm compresses a little. I was worried that putting something hot on it might make it worse, so while boiling water in a kettle, I held my face near the steam coming out of the spout. It really makes it much easier to move. It's easy to get burned if you put on a hot pack.. so I tried this method, and it's good. My face is dry too, so it's really tight right now, but my face also became moisturized^^ The stitches are already not visible because they're covered,, hahaha As for my nose! My nose isn't blocked at all. In many posts, people said nasal blockage is the hardest part, but I'm breathing through my nose, and a little light bloody fluid shows slightly. I'm just gently pressing and wiping only what comes out of my nose. Is it because the surgical method is different?? I don't know..-_-? Between the taping, I can slightly see where the nostrils are and the width of my nose, and I like it. Ahh~~ I already like it^^ hahaha I had my nasal tip done with ear cartilage, but maybe because my ear is wrapped up too, it doesn't hurt at all... anyway, only my eyes hurt a little, and everything else is good^^ I guess my swelling goes down quickly. Only around my cheekbones is slightly swollen, and the rest is perfectly fine. The upper part of my double eyelid is already a bit covered too hahaha The nose looks okay if I look slightly from below.. but it's still covered, so I don't know yet^^ I had it done in Myeong-dong, close to home. Actually, I agonized a lot between two places, but I had it done where my friend went and it looked really good. They said the surgery is done well without pain, it doesn't look obvious, and above all, it's very natural. I also thought about going to Gangnam, but the price was a little cheaper, and doing it somewhere close makes going back and forth easier^^ Actually, without lenses or glasses, I'm practically blind. I'm lifting my eyes and typing on the monitor^^ hehe They told me to lift my eyes, so I'm practicing.. haha My condition is the best right now. I'm not tired, and it's a little bothersome that I can't go outside, but since it's cold, I'll just consider it playing at home~~^^ I also told my friends to come over. I told them, I'm fine, but if you think you can eat while looking at my face, come. They said they should take some time and think about it... hahahahaha I don't have a digital camera, so later, after some time passes, I'll use a phone camera instead^^ Right now.....I'm very satisfied^^ Maybe because it doesn't hurt~~ haha Please pray that the swelling goes down quickly!^^ Then, thank you for reading this long post.
