Even on the first day after getting forehead fat grafting, despite the swelling, I thought something had gone wrong. It seemed like not enough fat had been placed in the upper part near one eyebrow, and that area looked sunken. As the swelling went down, it looked hollow and uneven. The clinic said the surgery went well and suggested adding more in a second round, but then my forehead just felt heavier, and the hollow area above the eyebrow was still the same, with unevenness.
