This is from my experience having surgery 5 to 6 years ago. It was an epicanthoplasty with buried sutures, and I decided to have it done by making the incision slightly upward. Everything has come undone now. I already had asymmetrical eyes, and they did not correct that asymmetry at the time of the surgery. The hospital facilities were good, and I remember the doctor in charge was kind. Since it was so long ago, I’m not sure how good the skill is now, but I need revision surgery
