It was a surgery I was satisfied with in every way. The director was such a passionate person. They even explained, very kindly and down to the principles, that I might need a lift or lifting procedure later on, even though I hadn’t asked about it. It didn’t feel bad; they seemed very passionate and considerate of the patient.
