I had the procedure 3 years ago, and in conclusion, I was satisfied. However, I recommend it for people with a lot of subcutaneous fat and for those who will exercise for life. For people with skinny fat and visceral fat like me, you have to manage your body line for life. Otherwise, it eventually comes back. Long post warning.
