My younger sibling and I had front canthoplasty and double eyelid surgery here, but my sibling ended up with a huge front canthoplasty scar and had to get revision surgery in Seoul, while I got sausage-like double eyelids as if they had been cut with a knife, and became famous at university as the person whose double eyelid surgery went wrong. From the start, they confidently said they didn’t know why they should do the buried-suture method and did incision double eyelid surgery instead, then ended up making me undergo revision surgery three times. I suffered for three years, and in the end I decided to just live with uneven eyes and cover them with makeup.
